At the initial stage of architectural design, volume-planning solutions and the configuration of the building are determined. Architectural design offered to our clients in Tashkent and other cities of Uzbekistan is divided into the following stages:

Sketch project development

At this stage, specialists develop the layout and appearance of the facade of the building. Sketch project will give an opportunity to understand how the future house will look like, but this data is not enough for construction works.

Development of the architectural project

At this (main) stage, specialists perform a more detailed development. In the architectural project, the exact dimensions, the device of building structures, the materials used, etc. are taken into account. Some construction companies start construction immediately after the development of the architectural project. However, it is also not enough for a really high-quality and maximally reliable construction.

Development of architectural and construction project

This document is developed on the basis of the previous one. Unlike the architectural project, it includes the elaboration of all internal communications and engineering networks of the object (heating, electricity, hot and cold water supply, sewerage, ventilation).The document consists of two basic parts - architectural and constructive solutions. Here specialists work out the smallest details, make the most accurate calculations of materials. Only on the basis of architectural and construction project, agreed in the supervisory authorities, you can get a real picture of the upcoming construction, predict its timing and cost. In addition, such a document will allow you to save time and insure against emergencies.
